B&S Service Warranty Policy

At B&S Service, we are committed to providing high-quality electric Product and excellent customer service. This warranty policy outlines the terms and conditions under which we offer warranty coverage for our products, including but not limited to smartwatches, power banks, earbuds, earphones, headphones, Bluetooth speakers, and other electrics product.

1. Warranty Coverage

Our products are covered under warranty for manufacturing defects and workmanship for a period of 12 months (1 year) from the date of purchase.

  • Malfunctions under normal use conditions

  • Defective materials or components

3. What is Not Covered The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, or neglect

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

  • Wear and tear, including cosmetic damage

  • Damage caused by liquid spills or submersion (unless the product is explicitly stated to be waterproof)

  • Loss or theft of the product

  • Damage caused by use with incompatible accessories or power sources

4. Warranty Claim Process To claim the warranty, customers must:

  1. Provide proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).

  2. Submit the product along with all original accessories and packaging (if applicable).

  3. Contact our customer service team or Warranty Claim Online 

Once the claim is validated, we will repair or replace the product at no additional cost. In case the product is discontinued or out of stock, we may offer an equivalent replacement or a refund at our discretion.

5. Shipping Costs
 

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return the product to us for warranty service.

  • We will cover the shipping costs for sending the repaired or replacement product back to the customer.
